Changing my username

The issue is all the quotes and other references in post that break when the username is change I believe.

I can however change it to Princess_Leia if that helps.

These aren’t the answers I am looking for...

I’m sure the boss will confirm that is the issue though.

I thought the whole reason your user name was idej jedi was because of your reg plate.
What do you want to change it to and maybe you could do a poll to see if members agree you should change it.
If its Doris or something, I would leave it as is.

Its my initials with an I in front of them as in, I’m Daniel Edward Jennings...it just so happens that flipped it spells Jedi.

I would imagine the only person who could REALLY do this would be sp3ctre. Theoretically, with access to the MySQL Database that phpbb uses, you could change the username via phpMyAdmin or some other database management. The username Shouldn't be joined to any other table, since (speaking from a web developer perspective here) you should always use generated Unique ID's for any joins etc.

I've used phpbb before (3+) and it was easy to change username without repercussions, but I've not used it much myself so not sure why it would mess posts up etc

or you could just add something to your signature like
my names ted, and don't call me jedi
