Anyone used these before? I know a few folk use them on other marques and swear by them. Only replacing the front and coming away from the run flats. Just got the car a month ago and garage replaced rear with Bridgestone rft so they will remain until work out. Also booked in for four wheel alignment camera type as getting wear on inside of front hence replacements. Hopefully that will fix my "spicy" handling. Was also looking at Pirelli cinurato P7

I wouldn't be mixing runlets with non runlets though, it could invalidate your insurance for a start but also the tyres have different handling characteristics too.

Maybe sell rear ones and replace all 4?

Aww really well that puts a hole in my sail lol. Never thought about that tbh stupid runflats such a shame as they have less that a thousand miles on them too. Or perhaps just replace the fronts with runflats again grrrrr. Wouldn't get anywhere near the rears value by selling them. I am a tight arse lol. Some thinking to be done. Would just easily replace all four but I am fecking moving house next month so was trying to watch the pennies

That's a shame, but I've read several times that a mix of RFT's and non-RFT's doesn't really work.

I have finally decided I will be ditching my RFT's when I next need tyres, but before that I did think I might try a different brand of RFT - Pirelli came to mind as I had them on my 1 Series and didn't have any problems with them on that.

Just a thought - I doubt different brands of RFT front and rear would cause a problem.

First off forget the Cinturato's , thy are a all season tyre than in reality doesn't work well in any worse tyre from a big name ive ever tried on a Z4 truly woeful on warm wet bends .
Rainsport 3s ? Really doubt anyone other than those who simply must have Michelins will be disappointed (unless you plan to wring the cars neck on a track & totally goose the rubber with heat cycles )
As for the mixing axle debate ? If you drive your car sensibly to within speed limits there really should be no issue running a pair of non RF fronts & Rf rears , that said if you do currently have a fresh set of Bridgestone rears then flog them for £150 & buy a matching pair of Rs3 rears with a few ££ added

I've heard a few people mix tyres as well. Not an issue unless you're really pushing it, i.e. hard cornering or those "I'm on the autobahn moments..."
