2003 3.0i Sterling Grey Roadster 110k - Sat Nav / 12 months MOT

I'm looking to sell my roadster, I've owned it for 5 years now using it as a weekend / road trip car. I've done over 30,000 miles with trips round the Dales, Lakes, Wales, the Scottish Highlands and through Europe and it's never missed a beat. Reason for selling is I've bought a camper and as I'm now off for weekends in that, the Z4 isn't getting much use. I did toy with the idea of selling my daily and using the Z4 instead but it'd kill me to see it covered in scratches and dings that the daily hack picks up.
It has full service history, a mixture of BMW and independents. Whilst I've had it I've taken it to a specialist (Autotechnics) for any specific jobs and a local trusted mechanic for all routine servicing. I've always supplied the oil (Castrol Edge 5/30w) and it's been ran on Shell V-Power 99% of the time.
Mileage is 110k.

It has Goodyear Eagle F1 AS3 on the front and Hankook Ventus V12 Evo on the back. I've always ran Eagle F1s all round however I got puncture in France and they didn't have the F1s in stock! Tyres are in good condition all round.
Unfortunately the 108s are corroded and will need a refurb. I did get them done when I bought the car but they need doing again. I did intend on replacing them with something else but could never make my mind up on what I liked so they've stayed.
Overall, alloys aside, it's in very good condition. I have both keys and a stack of invoices / receipts for parts purchased and work carried out. Bosch heavy duty battery fitted last year. It had the DISA valve replaced with the uprated version 2 years back.
The MOT runs out September but I'll get this renewed in the next couple of weeks so it'll come with 12 months MOT.
