You can use INPA or MHD Flasher.

Once warm mine always runs around 120, done that since I got it

That's my car as well - I hope it stays like that in Germany in the summer - speeds and outside temperatures tend to be higher than in the UK.

Update :-
During the recent 28/30°c weather, my oil temp gauge has regularly been showing 120° c
