Just as I think I can relax a little they go and unleash another update to the forum software!

I plan to do this this evening so when the forum goes down for a little while you will know why. I will publish status updates on the home page if it takes longer than a few mins.

I will be beginning this upgrade in 5 minutes, at which time the forum will appear OFFLINE. Hopefully it shouldn't take too long. As I said, updates will go on the Home Page

Ok, that seems to have gone ok... looking under the hood that was a fairly involved upgrade so I would anticipate we may have a few issues... I will be online all evening so if you spot anything let me know and I will sort it.

So does this new update include code that will time a session out?

I have noticed that a couple of times today when I came back to my screen and hit refresh I was no longer logged in. I have now made sure the box is checked to automatically log me back in whenever I come back but haven't had to do that up until today....

Shouldn't do, no... will double check but I don't think any of that code changed, most of it was back end stuff.

Cheers... this update was 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 of the forum software though... few changes in the mod controls I think, makes it easier to ban people

Just noticed that it is possible!!!!
