Re: BMW X6
Sorry but I just can't fathom this whole cross over segment.
It's not a car & it's not an SUV.
Is it the best of both or the least of either?????

Re: BMW X6
Hmm I think I hate it, I'd rather just have an X5. It reminds me a lot of the Audi A2, I don't think you guys got it in the States?

It was a 1.4 three-cylinder diesel so you're probably right

Re: BMW X6
I personally like the styling, but the thing that bothers me is that they seem to keep referring to it as a Coupé. It ain't a Coupé.
Well... they better be moving a lot of these units for the sake of the Spartanburg plant. If it flops, then only the X5 will be left for production there (I heard that the next gen Z will be made in Germany).

A 4dr coupe? I don't think so.
Re: BMW X6
Has anyone seen the engine descriptions yet? How about a twin turbo 4.4 liter V8 with over 400hp? The amazing thing is BMW says the turbos are in the V between the cylinder heads. Has BMW reversed the normal flow, with the intake on the outside, flowing through the head to the exhaust in the center of the engine? I can't wait to see engine pics!

Re: BMW X6
I love the looks of the X6 and could easily see myself in this vehicle, but I am expecting it to be priced out of realistic consideration ...

Re: BMW X6
That engine looks fantastic - so much for BMW not liking turbos . Afraid I'm not so keen on the car though.... would rather have a Porsche Cayenne (if i was absolutely forced at gunpoint to drive a 4x4 behemoth).

Re: BMW X6
It's fugly but the motor: Well, at least they've added a colored roundel to the engine instead of plain black. 'Course, that'll cost you an extra grand I'm sure
And it may be a lot of things, but a coupe it is not!
