Gearbox or clutch woes

Post by keith.proudlock » Wed May 08, 2024 7:19 pm

I have recently purchased a 35is 2013 but on pulling away the accelerator seems to go down a couple of inches and nothing happens then all of a sudden it will take off, the accelerator is also jerky and it seems to want to take ages to kick down

Read the fault codes..what does the data log say?
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…

Fault codes (maybe) - but I would do a throttle reset first off, set the adaptions back to factory & then it will learn from you.

Google BMW throttle reset for instructions - takes 2 minutes & needs no equipment.
