Oil pressure test s54 help

Im wanting to check the oil pressure in my M coupe and can only see the second outlet for the oil filter housing to connect onto from searching online, this means removing the air box which I didn’t really want to do for such a quick check.

Is there another pick up point I can use to check oil pressure?

Wanting to check this as I’ve recently fixed some oil leaks and want to check how healthy the pump is to see if it needs replacing.

you can get a tapped oil filter housing lid and use this, it has a bung to block it up afterwards, really cool feature... i personally used the spare port at the back of the oil filter housing for a permanent external gauge.
