Will these wheels and tires(see link below) fit on the rear end of my e89 z4?

Will they fit(wheels tires)

Welcome to the forum.

If your Z4 is also an E89 there's no reason why they wouldn't!

If it is an E85 or 86 they might. I fitted a set of staggered 18s with the same offsets from an E89 to my previous E86 and they were fine, but the rears were 8.5J not 9J like those Style 296 wheels.

Hopefully someone might know.
Coupes because stunning!

Sorry I wasn't clear. The pictured E89 is mine and I just posted it for the sake of it. I want to go from a 255/35/19 rear to a 285-305/35/19

The new wheel would be 19x9.5-10.5 with an offset of 10, up from a 19x9 offset 40 wheel.

I have a fitment link in the OG comment but I think I placed it oddly so you didn't see it. I'll edit it.

Oh right, your proposed set up sounds pretty aggressive but as I've only had E86s I can't help with that.

Throwing a bigger turbo set in the car so I figured some bigger rears would be needed. But thanks!

Even 9.5 ET 10 with your current tire won’t work. 9.5j rears with an ET of circa 33 are just about do-able from memory with 255/35/19’s, but even a set of 437M’s which are 10j ET 40 on the rear will rub with standard size M3 tires. You’d probably get away with 275/30/19’s on 10j ET 40 - but 9.5J ET10 can’t see the rim even sitting within the wheel arch :tumbleweed:

Just looked at your link, basically the rim will sit 5CM or nearly 2 inches further out from the arch than 9J ET 40

So you probably need to read B21s 35is Build Thread - if you haven't already!

Darn back to the drawing board. The current rears are 255/35/19(OEM) and I did fit those M4 666m wheels on the back( didn't drive it around) and it sat quite snug, or at least I thought it did.

Any suggestions for a 19 inch wheel setup for between that 285-300 mark for the rear? Do not mind poke out from the sides.

265/30R19 front
285/30R19 rear

Is about the limit and even that requires some massaging of the inner liners..

9j 10j

ET25 ET30

Ahh the 35 sensei! Seems like my final build goals are similar to what you ended up with so I'll be focusing on your journey. As I alluded to earlier I bought a set of pure turbos and am looking to press out to 600 HP. Also going for a qaudtip exhaust and maybe some nice cosmetics for the headlights. Already upgraded the breaks to a BBK set. Not the place I suppose to talk about this but any tips feel free to send them my way via PM.

I'll look into those wheel sizes thanks!

Shame I just bought the 235/35/19 fronts 2 days ago ( up from the 225s) because a crazy person slashed them.

Cheers.

If you pm with your FB messenger or WhatsApp we can chat FOC..

235/35 19 is not a bad tyre to go with a 275/30 19 rear

275/30/19 will also be fine on the rear with ET40.

Not necessarily so…

On 437M with 275/30 MP4S yes..on 437M with 275/30 SC7 no…just fitting 10mm spacers to rear

Fits well on 788M, SC7 tyres. I thought 788M was exact same size and offset as 437M, but perhaps not?
