There are a number of ‘ceramic-lite’ consumer level products available that do a very good job. The key with most of them is being able to keep the car dry long enough after application to get a decent cure.

Also, stating the obvious, but the shine is 99% down to the preparation and machine polishing, not the coating.

Also, the lights used in these studios maximise the shine. The car below is my new company wagon, treated with a simple ceramic-lite product and not looking as shiny as the others here because… no lights.

Not knocking the pro’s, clearly an excellent job done there in all three cases.

Just to add, Golf does look epic. I understand they are very quick with a remap, complete cross country weapon :driving:

I’m using:- SiRamik Lustrous Plus Graphene Spray Sealant

It’s expensive compared to some mainstream products, but I’m very impressed with it so far. Applied on 30th October and didn’t wash the car again until last weekend over 3k miles later. It was a very easy wash with almost all the dirt coming of with a pressure washer rinse pre shampooing with carpro Reset.

Yep, really need lights for deep reflections with white paint. On the plus side, can look super sharp and is good at hiding marring and stone chips
