As everyone knows the 326M rear alloys are prone to cracking which seams to be attributed to RFT.

My new Z only had 31K and was still on RFT with 6mm and a manufacturer date of 2014.

I had all four wheels checked without tyres for any signs of cracking. Clean bill as for as the eye can see.

So on with Continental Sport Contact 7. I’m running 34 F and 36 R. Absolutely night and day ride quality.

Hopefully they will reduce the possibility of cracking but I will deal with it if happens. I cant let little things beyond my control stop me enjoying the car. The 326M is my favourite alloy design by far.

And a new original BMW battery to prepare for winter 🥶 😎👍

Traffic and weather did not allow. Plus I will let them bed in first but the car feels lighter. Probably just me!🤣
