Ford Kuga 2.5 PHEV

I’m going to start by saying I’m not a fan of Ford at all, I had a number of very bad experiences when I had to deal with them in the past and I said I’d never have another one.
20 years later and my company car list is restricted to electric and PHEV. The PHEV choice (I can’t go electric only) was limited to around 9 cars
Ordered a Kuga ST Line 2.5 PHEV and it arrived a week and a half ago. I couldn’t add any nice extras as this pushed the car from the 8% to 13% BIC tax bracket, so it was an exercise in getting a big enough car at low tax cost that still had and ICE fitted.
I was expecting to absolutely hate it, but it’s really rather good in lots of ways. Even without plugging in it does about 52MPG, which isn’t bad for a car of its size. It’s much nicer to drive than the Prius that went back, and it can be almost ‘fun’ in sport mode
I’ll probably enjoy it until A) something breaks, B) I have to take it in for a service
