Hi guys, just started having an issue where the boot is closed but not fully and you can hear the motor trying to close it the last few mm but keeps repeating the process.
This in turn means I can't put the roof down either. It can do part of it but then realises the boot is 'open'
Anything easy to fix? before BMW rinse me.
Cheers.

All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

It’s more than likely a broken wire on the soft close mechanism, plenty of info to fix it on here if you use the search function
