Refurbishing a Multi Function Steering Wheel (spraying plastics?)
Thanks, very happy with the results! I think I used 600 at the time
Four Alfa's and a Ducati later, I've turned to the dark side...

After leaving the plastic primer 24 hours, I then added three coats of matt black paint, before two coats of matt lacquer. Will leave to dry for a few days before reconstructing the wheel.

Refurbishing an MSport Steering Wheel
Thanks for the kind words, all. And for the advice over the last few weeks on this.
I’ve just reconstructed the plastics to the wheel and its looking amazing. With the refurbished leather, you’d be hard pushed to tell it wasn't OEM new.
Was a little worried when I came to put all the trim pieces back on as I’d had to glue those two lugs back on the main front centre spoke, but I needn’t have worried and it all screwed in and tightened up nicely. Last thing to do now is put it on the car.
