This is a new product, currently not available in the UK, it looks set to revolutionise car detailing. Hopefully it will be available soon as it looks very good. What are your thoughts?

I am a little sceptical about low price spray on products like these. Yes, I have little doubt that you will see good beading, but you will also have to apply it regularly to maintain it. The important thing in the video (very important thing) was the preparation. Washing, de-contaminating, claying and polishing. This is the 'secret' to a good finish. I converted from high end waxes to ceramic coatings a few years ago and I have had a ceramic coating on my present car for just over 1 year now. I have applied a sacrificial overcoat spray, twice only during that time and the car beads the same as when I applied the coating. I expect another 18 months from the coating before renewing. There are so many new products on the market from the likes of Turtle Wax, it makes me think that they did not 'get it right' at the start and they are still trying to improve. The scientists who developed high-end ceramic coatings don't feel the need to improve too much. Still, if somebody does not want to spend more than £23 on a protective car spray coating, then it is worth a try for a year.

So...
Sub £40 what would you use for longevity and finish?
I must have 40+ waxes ,and of course have my personal faves but interesting to hear what a pro uses.

If you have a dark coloured car, them I would recommend Dodo Juice - Blue Velvet Pro Edition. It is just over £40 but is the best in that price range in my opinion. No doubt a pro will give his recommendation.
