Typical, someone has just put a deposit down for my Z4 and the windscreen washers have packed in, the pump is ok and the headlight washers are fine but just a dribble is coming out of the windscreen ones, have checked the nozzles and they are ok so looking for suggestions before collection next week Doh!!!

Amongst other things some folks have suffered from the effects of mixing various windscreen wash suppliers resulting in a gelatinous mess blocking filters etc....seems relatively common..

Yep, open the washer bottle and have a look inside - chances are the mesh filter is all clogged up. Can usually be sorted with a good blast from a hosepipe on jet spray. Keep going until the bottle overflows and eventually runs clean.

Disconnected the bottle from the connects, cleaned out all the filters which were well clogged up and now working again, is now is the washer warning light is on despite being full, anyone know where the filler sensor goes as It looks I might of missed it off, too dark now to check Doh, solve one problem and create another one !!
