Front splitter for aero front bumper?

Hi,
Im trying to find any universal splitter to fit in my front aero bumper to protect. But on the botton have this borders and makes difficult to install any splitter:
I found this:
It's custom carbon splitter adapted to this bumper. Anyone knows more ideas to do?
