Appreciate it’s not the best time to sell a convertible, but it is a hard top convertible πŸ˜‚
Anyway, it’s a 30i manual that’s been meticulously maintained both mechanically and cosmetically.
Most if not all of the main jobs that pop up on these cars have been done, including both rear light clusters, rocker cover , roof wiring, salmon relays and water pump.
The paint work and wheels have all been professionally ceramic coated.
Interior trim has been professionally carbon wrapped.
Little to no marks on drivers seat bolster.
Fully documented service history, last service July 23.
Mot until October 24, with no advisories, and no advisories in the 5yrs of my ownership.
Happy to provide additional photos and a walk round video.
Currently sits on Goodyear assymetrics all round with lots of life left in them.
Wheels are Veeman fs 25, which are a tried and tested wheel on the forum, which I fitted as a replacement for the original 296.
Car drives superbly, with no known issues.
I’m sure there are things I’ve missed, but please ask if you need any further information.
I’m asking what I would consider a fair price in the current market.
Β£7995

I know This car and its owner very well, we meet up regularly for drives/coffee and a yap.
If you can find a cleaner better maintained 30i anywhere I would be very VERY surprised.
Worth every penny
First to see WILL buy
I second that,Mark
Having met/known Grant and the kind of guy he is,over several years, and how well he looks after his cars, nobody will be able to find a better car for the money, like for like, imo.

I know this is already sold and a 300bhp VW has replaced it,so ,as I've said to you already Grant, sorry to see you've sold this, but look forward to seeing you again soon, regardless wether in a z or not mate.
Enjoy the new car,and hopefully you don't miss that lovely z too much

P.s,I saw the price, and my first thought was,That's not alot of money, for such a great car.
New owner should be well happy.

I overpaid for this car. I paid Grant Β£8000, not Β£7995! :) The car has 86,000, but looks like 2,500. It'll be a challenge to keep the car in the condition it is in now, but I will try! As was said, a lot of car for the money. So good to have such an easy and straightforward transaction with Grant. The 3.0 has noticeably more power than the 2.5 engine. I love n/a six cylinder cars.......

Well that's quite a change, and should be pretty exciting to rag around - just not as distinctive in terms of looks!

Its exactly that, a wolf in sheeps clothing, bimble along no drama, then pop it in sport, and everything changes, and its quick....
And obviously a lot of tec that i am enjoying, reversing camera, adaptive headlights, all the media,4 wheel drive, adaptive cruise and more besides, and it just sounds so good with the auto blip in sport, lots of burbles and definitely makes it an event .

Looks nice in white with the Pretoria alloys. Standard wheels on the R don't do them any favours IMHO.
Very nearly bought an R in the Summer, but went full 'chav' and got the Type R instead. Of course I don't have that anymore, either. :(

I agree re the wheels, there the best option, but just have to avoid the potholes, but used to that with bmw wheels.
Getting the car fully ceramic coated including wheels next week, its just so much easier to maintain as it was with the Z.
