Cant say I have, but looks like a good route!! Plus its really direct, so you'll save a lot on fuel compared to the motorway...
...or maybe not!

Didn't see this thread before you set off, but I'd have recommended the route you took! Went up their myself a few weeks back on the way to Nairn for a couple of days. It's a fantastic road, and I only caught about 2 cars the entire length of it so had a thoroughly enjoyable run!

BTW I gather it's been snowing in Inverness this morning?

Re: Heading north... which route?
I think it would be good to incorporate this route into a Scottish meet next year. I am looking at various routes starting in Dundee. Could go the scenic route to Kirriemuir (a great road), then to Blairgowrie (an even better road), then up this way....
Just need to figure out how to get back without driving the same roads

Yep stunning set of roads ... suits the zed ..looks very atmospheric in your photos
here is mine on it earlier in the year

... not bad one road in three different zed thread road trips this year... no wonder JLR use it for testing.
Perhaps we should start a Z4 Glenshee thread to put everyones snaps in one place ..
