It can be seen by those behind but I'm not sure of the best location, what do you think?

i would say window

Was thinking of putting one on the front bumper lower lip (to cover a small scratch)-until i get it properly resprayed.-anyone know the dimensions of the external sticker?
Gone but not forgotten.
