I really like the Havana Brown, but it seems that its almost exclusively with the 2.5L motor and white / cream interior. i will probably have more luck with 2nd choice Grey

Hi from potential new E89 owner
I think they dropped Havana quite early on (as no-one bought them cos they are BROWN). Allegros should be brown, not E89s!AnotherJason wrote: ↑Sat Oct 21, 2023 6:04 pm SO....Havana Brown, Black Leather, 3.0 Manual, Non M Sport

VO is a great colour, but then white suits the E89 extremely well IMHO, as it really shows off the swage lines. Deep Sea Blue is also a really nice colour when clean.
Parking sensors (factory), heated seats and cruise are desirable options and will help it's resale value. If you want an SE spec try and find one with M-sport seats, as they are much comfier.
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

Hi from potential new E89 owner
Welcome to the forum, a lot of knowledgeable people here (I am NOT one of them).
I am also looking for my first Z and hopefully I have found it. Looking at at a 35i today which will hopefully be coming home with me. Definitely do not rush, it's difficult bit to as you see all these for sale, but definitely look for the exact spec you want before committing.

Hi from potential new E89 owner
at the risk of incurring derision from other forum members, I've now test driven a few E89's and finally bought a car which......is a 987 boxster S. Im afraid that i just couldn't get excited enough about another front engine 2 seater, and one drive in a boxster and i knew i needed to head in a different direction. Thanks for the replies, but unsurprisingly i won't be frequenting the forum much more in future. all the best to everyone

Hi from potential new E89 owner
Good to know you found the right car in the end, even if it wasn't a Z4!
You can still drop by here though - I'm sure there are a few other forum members with Porsches.

Hi from potential new E89 owner
Salesperson said they’d sold 4 of these in this colour in the last 5 weeks, outsold any other colour in that period

Hi from potential new E89 owner
I like that and can understand why they have been selling!
I suspect it will look better in the flesh but I wonder how fashionable / desirable it will be In year to come?

ETTO. Even brown can look good under 5,000,000 watts of LED showroom lights.Argyll Andy wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 9:14 pm Salesperson said they’d sold 4 of these in this colour in the last 5 weeks, outsold any other colour in that period
Looks like it's been painted with milk chocolate to me! Yuk!

Hi from potential new E89 owner
Christ, what a but ugly car that is
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.
