Hmmm, I think it may stay, but sadly will end up not looking like that.
However, in the interests of cynicism I'll take the second option.

3 to 6 months, he will keep looking at the car and thinking am I doing the right thing, have I got the know how and energy to do this long term job and bring it in as a quality job. Then he will say to himself 'Mikey' was correct, can't do it but at least I've got a garage out of it.
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

I’m looking forward to seeing the sales pitch when it comes up for sale.

18 votes so far and not one for the duration. Shows how much faith you lot have in my abilities, eh?
I have to do it now as I paid a deposit on the (very expensive) body kit and interior today.
I will admit it scares me shiteless. I look at this little BMW and can't help thinking to myself (but don't tell the wife) "how the hell can I make that look like I want it to?". I have built houses from scratch on my own but this is a completely new area for me.
I need encouragement....but I ain't gonna get that here am I?
