Swear I read it somewhere but now it's gone AWOL on me....

Do you have to make a certain number of posts before being able to PM?

I think it's 3 or 4, so you should be OK now

Still having the same issue....

PM appears in "Outbox" and not "Sent".
Any reason why?

Yes, it stays in outbox until the recipient reads it
