Thanks. I see now you did actually say that in your original post.

Well the tyres are on, the 275's look mahosive, won't be on the car for a couple of weeks as i need to sort the coilovers first, the 235's sit quite well and still offer a good chunk of rim protection.

Will be interested to see how they check out..good that they have a rim protector…the Michelins don’t see to have one or if it exists it doesn’t work..I’ve collected quite a ding from a stone in one rim and had a paint chip off on another on the rim.
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…

Quick test fit of the rears - loads of room at the back of the liner Looking for a lift now before I get the coilovers on.......

I can't tell what angle this is from. Is that gap likely to reduce when the suspension is compressed?
Wheels look great though. Me likey.

It’s from the back on the passenger side, that’s the bottom edge of the liner next to the exhaust, in theory once the cars dropped an inch the gap should increase on the back as it’ll be on the lower side of the tyre, the side won’t change

Finally fitted, BC Coilovers and OEM 437m’s, still need to get the alignment done but waiting for things to settle as I may need to make a few minor adjustments. Dropped about 20mm rear and 25mm at the front - can’t find the bit of paper I wrote the original heights on.

The single colour suits the car generally and I find the diamond cut already looking dated, spoilt in part by loads of Citroens and Hyundais with that style of finsish.davegt wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 4:05 pm Finally fitted, BC Coilovers and OEM 437m’s, still need to get the alignment done but waiting for things to settle as I may need to make a few minor adjustments. Be interested in your views on the BCs and tyres once settled in
