Somebody stole my license plate!

Post by takedown8 » Sun Aug 19, 2007 10:33 pm

That's right. Leaving work one day, I notice that my rear license plate is gone. What an annoying thing for somebody to do.

Anyways, it gave me an excuse to order a personalized license plate....which i did. :D

I reported the theft to the police right away and to the 407 ETR (toll highway).

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Had this happen once about 20 years ago and they punched out the trunk/boot lock and stole the spare tire as well. Was a major PITA!

Better a license plate than the car, eh? Sucks, though... I dunno what they'd do with that plate? Sorry to hear this, mate.

So... can we guess your new personalized plate name?

Get it right, it's "COBALT". Geez! You don't hear me razzing you about your MINI-VON do you?

In fact, you should get a personalized plate too! Do they have 7 characters for Washington plates?

BTW, I know it's Cobalt, but after hanging with enfield for so long... well, y'know some of his schit starts rubbin' off on ya. If I recall correctly, he was the one who said "Cobolt" and "Roaster" and "schit" :D
Anyway, nice to have you back, bro. Ya still have a pulse.

Way to go takedown8!! You got Rick fair and square!!

How's the "Roaster" started to creak yet? That car is a total "schit" and I think that a "Cobolt" is better!

His excuse would be that he could not possibly have taken that petrol as he was robbing a bank on the other side of the city :)

Oh no! That sucks! I ordered my first personalized plate the the M and am still waiting. They said it would be 90 days before it arrived and because so many people order them that I have to call to check to see if it has arrived. I have already called twice and am going to call again this week. If someone stole it after all of this anticipation I think I would freak out!
