Hardtop Group Buy??

Post by RustyZ4 » Fri Jun 12, 2009 3:45 pm

In my failing quest to buy a used hardtop for my car, and the amount of interest shown by folks on here to get one, I wondered if enough of us got together, if a dealer would give us a good discount rate, best I have been quoted for a new one is £1680.00, if there is a lot of interest,to be honest I wouldnt know where to start accept at local dealers and then bounce one off another, and I dont know if there is a wholesaler of some description out there?, anyway just wondered if there is much interest in doing something like this?

Some idea of serious numbers of people interested might give us a start,,

Yes they do, and at the moment all colours, the only problem I understand that could happen in the future, is they will only be available in a primed finish.

I got quoted $5750.00 (AUD) for a new one a few months ago. With that pricing, I'm not surprised I can't find any second hand.
Z4 M roadster, carbon black, hardtop.
