Afternoon all,

For Sale: 2012 F21 BMW M135i Manual.

My wife purchased the car in August 2016 at 42,000 miles, and we have since done just over 27,000 miles. We have both enjoyed every mile of ownership, and had originally purchased the car not intending to sell it, but unfortunately my wife has developed a very bad back (heavily slipped disc), forcing us to look at moving to a higher, softer car. We would both very much like for the car to go to another BMW enthusiast who who will continue to care for and enjoy it as we have.

The Standard specification of the car from the factory is as follows;

The car is on just a shade over 69,000miles, and this will increase slightly as this is my wife’s daily driver.

In the ~ 27,000 miles we have owned the car, we have undertaken the following service items;

27/01/17 – MOT – 49,658 miles
24/11/17 – Oil & Microfilter Service & Brake Fluid change – 55,529 miles
08/02/18 – MOT – 56,903 miles
04/06/18 – Remove & Replace Steering Coupling – 59,846 miles
02/01/19 – Replace Front Discs, Pads & Wear Sensors – 63,694 miles
02/01/19 – Replace Front Tension Arms (pair) – 63,694 miles
01/02/19 – Replace Rear Tyres (Pair) Michelin PS4 – 64,278 miles
02/02/19 – MOT – 64,264 miles
09/02/19 – Replace Front Tyres (Pair) Michelin PS4 – 64,399
07/02/20 – MOT – 68,379 miles
07/02/20 – Major Service – Vehicle Check, Brake Fluid change, Oil & Micro Filters, Spark Plugs, Airfilter, Replacement O/S Side Repeater – 68,383 miles

All Service & Mechanical work has been undertaken at TWG Automotive BMW Specialists in Camberley (Who have looked after my previous cars – a Z4 3.0si Coupe, and Z4 M Coupe). These guys are a highly respected BMW Independent garage - I would encourage anyone with a BMW to speak to Will; he has been fantastic with this, and my previous cars.

In addition to the above service items, the car has a number of additional enhancements fitted;

1. BMW M Performance Alcantara Steering Wheel with Red ‘Centre Line’ - Fitted by BMW Redhill
2. BMW M Performance Carbon Fibre Gearknob & Alcantara Gaiter – Fitted by BMW Redhill
3. Fit ‘Start’ Button Red Anodised Surround
4. BMW Gloss Black Grilles with M Colouring. The Original Chrome-Surround Grilles will come with the car.
5. Full Professional Detailing of Interior & exterior completed 11/07/17, including application of C-Quartz ceramic glass ‘wax’. The car has been meticulously ‘maintenance washed’ by myself since (my wife rolls her eyes when I bring out the two buckets, grit guards, washmitts, shampoos, trim cleaners etc etc…!!

The car has been simply fantastic in our 3 ½ years of ownership & we will be very sad to see it go. It has been used almost entirely by my wife for her commute, with occasional trips & weekends away, and has always performed faultlessly.
There is very little out there that will provide the relaxed commute, achieve a comfortable cruise on the motorway (whilst returning a genuine 40+mpg), and then provide such a grin-inducing drive on more interesting back-roads (whilst NOT returning 40mpg!!).
In a day and age where all new cars are going Automatic, AWD, and with ever smaller 4 cylinder engines, the F-series M135i is surely one of the best ways to make the most of the big 6-cylinder Manual Rear-driven cars whilst you can!

Bad Points:
Very Minor bad points as follows;
Minor Kerbing on NSF Alloy wheel due to grazing a kerb when parking.
Very Minor wear of the Alcantara Steering Wheel commensurate with age, use and mileage - See additional Pictures.

We are asking for £11,850 for the car as it is.

We do have M Performance Exhaust (purchased brand new from BMW, through TWG at a cost of £960 in 2017), and this may be available by separate negotiation.

Finally, boring notes at the bottom – we will only be permitting test drives with proof of comprehensive insurance, otherwise my wife or I will be doing the driving. Cash or cleared bank transfer prior to, or on collection. You will not be driving away until funds are cleared and in our bank account
