The mesh grilles are easily replaced. But I think they are quite good for stopping leaves going into the radiator panel.

Z4MC are about £3-4k more expensive than Z4MR on BMW website.

Hello!

I saw an Imola Red ///M the other morning with the same chrome grills and lower mesh alone with chrome wheels, it looked even worse. Why do these people do it?

It does look better, but the ride is quite a bit firmer from what i've heard?

Also my theory is that roof down allows me to drive in a more relaxed manner, rather than tear-arsing about everywhere

I like the Z4 coupe and like the Z3 roadster (hate the Z3 coupe). Might look for a good used one for my trips to Az to keep down there. It depends how much cash I have to spare and what I might find . The problem with Az is "you have to have a roadster" because it's sunny and warm so much of the time.

Seriously,
If I was shopping for the UK I'd get a Coupe, they do look pretty sharp. For the USA it has to be a roadster.

Hello!

I have seen that car on autotrader. the grills apparently cost £400 quid and are called race grills according to the ad ( look well naff) and it also says it has a new set of run-flat tyres? even though the z4m doesn't have run flats ! all sounds a little dodgy to me.
