I tried the new Countryman Cooper SE plug-in hybrid for 48 hours last weekend. Full electric for up to 25 miles. It was pretty impressive and damn quick too. List price is bonkers once you add a few toys though. How long is the lease? Hopefully not too long.Beedub wrote: ↑Sun Dec 10, 2017 11:45 pmive got a new lexus NX300H and its quite possibly the worst car ive ever leased, it was rubbish in the snow as well ..... really regret it i needed a hybrid and got a stonking deal on this and took a punt... Not my finest hour, i cant wait to give it back.original guvnor wrote: ↑Sun Dec 10, 2017 10:18 pm The M is tucked up in the garage connected to the CTEK and that's where it's staying for the time being. Today was the first test of the All4 in my Countryman Cooper S. It was very sure-footed in the snow (no winter tyres). Very impressed. It's a great little car.

Here's an old pic of mine (now sold) Ruby black Z4MC on the B4391 from a few years back. I remember it was around -12°C+ that day, which made for a very interesting journey!

The reg was RJ07 VFK, but I wonder if it is now on a private plate as it doesn't come up on the gov.uk MOT database anymore. Always wondered if it might now belong to a forum member.Angelus666 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 13, 2017 10:41 pm What was the reg/vin of your MC..? Only in the uk would we not service the ski lifts in the autumn, ...BEFORE the snow arrivesbuzyg wrote: ↑Sun Dec 10, 2017 8:03 pmHave fun. Son loved it........ other half not so impressed.
Will be taking the M there after work tomorrow. Snow is great to play in guilt free as no pressure on any of the mechanicals hooning about and loads of space.
Is that car park not up a bit of a hill from Spean Bridge. Just getting there could be fun in the Zed on snow.
