Hi

My current mats are ok, but since im quite anal about these things I thought I may just buy a fresh new set.

Have seen these on ebay from BMW direct http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-Genuine-Tailored-Velour-Floor-Mats-Black-E85-E86-Z4-51477030766-/190704691559?clk_rvr_id=480580342632

and they are the correct part number - comming in at £74 inc delivery.

I have seen various others on ebay including ones with ///M badges on. I have checked REALOEM and this seams to be the only genunie part.

Any further input or thoughts on mats?
Is this the best price you know of? Maybe Jamie @ Sopers can give me a discount?

Cheers
Jamie

That's the correct # for the black ones.

There are different numbers/prices for the beige & trimmed ones.

Only way to tell if you'll get them cheaper is to phone a couple of dealers (& Sopers) to see. Doesn't seem too bad a price to me though - although I've got my black & champagne ones safely tucked away whilst I use the cheaper BMW rubber ones.

We (Rossiters) sell some that are made in the same factory as BMW mats and are a very similar (but not identical) spec. They are the best non-OEM ones we've seen, and we've seen a lot.

£30 + post.

Don't suppose you have any pics fitted do you, Mr AC ? Could be just what a lot of people, myself included, are looking for...

Bing - worth checking how they attach - do they have the velcro backing or will you have to insert some extra attachments?

Says it comes with the fittings - and from the picture it looks like the circular things you screw into the carpet. Are they ok ? Mine have Velcro on them and it's crap now it's full of hair / dirt that won't come off :(

They have some plastic clips like a circle with the sides cut off. Hard to describe, but the fixings should be the same as the factory ones.

These are NON-ACS by the way. ACS ones are £225...

If all you are adding is some fancy stitching and a logo, that's some feckin' brand mark-up ! :o :D

I could buy a lamb, raise it, then shear it and use the lambs wool for a car mat and still have change from 200
Although I may need two lambs...hmmmm
