Z4m alloys, s/s manifold, e46 m3 decat, z4m Hayward and Scott x pipe

As above, the wheels are in great condition but due to age they would want a refurb to be perfect. The front tyres are Yokohama ad08r and the rear are budget delinte tyres all 5mm+ tread.
The decats are from eBay and have a resonator in them brand new.
The x pipe has had the flanges cut off at the end where the cat pipes attach this is due to trying to get it to fit the Z4m. It will with a little fabrication.
The manifolds are new and we're sold to me from eBay user but they will only fit a lhd car due to the steering rack being in the way and don't come with manifold gasket as I had to use them when refitting the original manifold when we realised they wouldn't fit. An exhaust specialist would be able to modify one pipe so that it clears the rack.
K&n induction kit is made for the e46 m3 but fit direct onto my Z4m with a new silicon hose.

Anyone know if the s54 and m54 manifolds are the same bolt pattern and outlet?

Google was my friend it looks like the bolt holes are dfiiferent. I am just having a think weather it's worth me cutting the mounting faces off. And making and welding on new ones that fit????
