BMW M3 18 Inch Gold Alloys

Post by Ricey01 » Tue Sep 30, 2014 12:37 pm

Selling these for the mechanic who's unit I work out of.

They're off his E46 M3 - personally I've no idea if they will fit a Z4 but the mechanic reckons they will.

They are a square set - 255-40-18 with 2 Dunlop and 2 Conti tyres.

3 of the tyres are in good condition with reasonable tread. One has some scrubbing in the outer wall.

Refurbished in Gold with a black undercoat. Very much a one off colour.

£350 pick up only or you can arrange a courier and he'll box them up.

Me either but these really work.

I think it's the black undercoat that makes them pop a bit more.

So is that 2 sets of rears or fronts? These are a cracking wheel and if i had the cash i would have been interested. The tyres are the wrong profile for a zed i think?? I brought a set of the 19" wheels like these with e46 rubber they rubbed a lot.
My little blue zed is in lots of bits. With lots of things started and not many finished! I may have found the limits of my time and ability!!

I've got these on mine and as Matt says, a very nice wheel. Rears extend just outside of the arches on 18 inch. Currently 35 profile but even with 40 there was no rubbing. You'd need to check fronts because mine are a staggered set.

Just asked the mech. He was using them front and rear on the M3 but he said they are 2 sets of rears.

Saw these when collecting my zed earlier. There's a definite blackness to them when catching the light that just isn't captured in the pics. Well worth a look if you were after something along these lines.

Just had a look on Ebay and these wheels are going for serious money. Even with a re-spray you'd still be quids in!
