nfbr's 2007 Ruby Black Z4 Coupé! Blog/Build-Thread

Post by nfbr » Wed Dec 03, 2014 12:41 am

So, having had no car for 3 weeks and having planned to have no car for anything upto 6 months, temptation got the better of me! This evening I have put down a large deposit on what in two days will be my first BMW!

A really nice Z4 Coupé Step-Auto in what at this point I think is Ruby Black (could be wrong but it seems to have undertones of oxblood red in certain light), with Cream leather interior and Extended leather.
Edit- just checked the vin! Definitely Ruby Black

Really excited about picking this car up in the next couple of days and think it's probably going to take a fair bit of time and discipline to get used to. It's a very different car to anything I've had before!

That is a great colour combo - I sometimes wish I had held out for a non-black interior.

Looks very shiny. Thanks for posting an unprompted pic. :D

Enjoy :driving:

Hi and welcome. Any plans to mod it. If not that will soon change if you hang around here to long.

Ruby black is probably one of the better colours for a coupe

Just a bugger to keep it ruby black this time of year

Lucky enough, I only do 2,000 - 3,000 miles a year, so shouldn't be too bad!

Thanks.
I've recently got rid of a Volkswagen Jetta 2008 (2.0TFSI) running APR Stage 2+. Around 279bhp and 335lb/ft of torque.

You can't corrupt something that's already there!
