We were on Skye last year and it was pretty sunny then, you should have bought a new bottle of whiskey, then you would have got a full bottle

Ah, the old snow poles along the road, looks pretty good weather for Scotland  . All I can hear is a muted stifled engine note, bit like a coupe I suppose. They still sound better with the roof down though

Damn, the last time we stayed in Fort William the rain was so bad we couldn't see the other side of the road!
We ended up coming home early as we couldn't see any of the fantastic scenery :x

Bloody weather - My Scotland trip

Thought the central locking had packed in when I was unloading the Zed on Sat night at the hotel. Car refused to lock, thought it could be the remote so Lady Marlon dug out the spare key but that didn't work either! I was thinking, bugger - can't lock the car, will have to use the key manually.
Anyway turns out I had left one of our pillows on the drivers seat - Zed must have sensed on occupant so wouldn't lock. Surprised cos the pillow is hardly heavy?

I'm impressed Marlon, you took a backup vehicle in case of inclement weather! 8)

So as you may remember Mike and I were planning a trip to Scotland end of Sept. We ended up worrying about the weather and flew out to Cannes in the South of France instead to have some beach time :D We will do Scotland another time. Hope it settles down for you and you have a lovely trip
