F***ing Neighbours
I have the same issue, it's a complete PITA.
I've tried the usual stuff, a giant fishing pole with a falcoln kite attached, a model of an owl, spinny shiny things, electronic gadgets.. Nothing seems to work.
I even paid £300 to have a tree cut down... Now they all sit (and s*it) on my roof and of course they cr*p on take-off..

F***ing Neighbours
Look on the bright side OP!
A couple of years ago I had a neighbour who kept rabbits in the garden. The stash of rabbit food was like a 24/7 banquet for local rats who found a gap under the concrete floor (house is on piled foundations). From there one got up the void for my soil stack and into the loft, where it got poisoned and died But the stink was horrific!
Was glad then that the house is rented as that tenant moved out and took the rabbits!
I would definitely rather have pigeons!
