Euro car parts - weekend discounts

Post by Crazy Harry » Sun Nov 05, 2017 9:18 am

I've been looking at the Euro car website for parts for my E85 and this weekend they are offering 35% discount.

I'm not in a mad rush for the bits and I'm sure I've seen them offer bigger discounts in the past - so how often do they tend to discount and have bigger reductions been offered? and; other than fleabay where else should I be looking online for new parts?

Hi, I’ve heard that the standard prices vary according to the size of the offer, so all is not as it seems with these big discounts! :?

+1.

GSF are just the same their current discount is 54% this weekend with WKD54 but the prices are massively inflated to compensate. They had a similar mid week discount and no doubt will have another for tuesday onwards. Both gsf and euro (euro are under a different name) are on ebay with most parts way cheaper than there website for the same thing.

These two are worse than DFS.

Thanks chaps

Might make a note of list prices and sit it out for a while just watching - don't really need the stuff for a couple of months so time to watch and compare.

That's what I done a few months ago when looking for discs and pads. They started off at around £270 for fronts , backs and sensors and ended up at £230.

I have always found Mister Auto to be the very good. My brake discs on my Santa Fe were still cheaper than EuroCarParts with 35% discount!

Just looked on euro parts again

Price yesterday - 35% discount £107.99 from £165.99
price today - 16% discount £107.99 from £129.99
their own ebay listing yesterday and today £65.09 from an rrp of £114.08

I don't think any of you can explain either but no doubt it will be an ebay purchase then

and - an hour and a half later I have a cookie/banner ad on my PC offering 33% discount; although I can't find that on their website to find the full price.

I'm off to delete cookies and browsing history and lie in the dark for a bit. Then I'll think of a number and the first offer that gets down to it - I'm in

often find that carparts4less, which i believe are the same company usualy have better price overall without the discounts that eurocarparts use to drop their prices. always worth a look before buying (assuming you are getting them delivered of course)
