It must be very painful but take some comfort in this, a fella I worked with many years ago was knocked off his motor bike - an old bike with a steering damper knob - the thought he'd done ok an was relatively unscathed - until he felt damp in the now painful nether region - the impact with the steering damper knob had spilt the end of his penis.

It made my eyes water when he told us!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Well, you can't say you didn't warn us (gore). Wish I hadn't looked. Other than BMWZ4MC's professional interest, who did you think would benefit from seeing that?
I hope you can 'bear' the pain of the injury, and that it gets properly seen to by the surgeon at A&E.
Speedy recovery, mate

When I had a crash on a motorcycle I broke my wrist but didn't realise until examination in A&E that one of my testicles had exploded when I hit the tank before going over the bars...

Get better soon. :)

Have you got yourself a small bell so you can summon Mrs B when you require a cuppa and chocolate hobnob while recuperating 8) .........You may need to be back in XRay to see if you can see said bell if you push your luck

Let's hope nothings broken and your home soon.

Stu.
Bikes unmarked apart from snapped gear lever (I think I broke it with my toe) I stayed on it!
It hurt a bit when I pushed it home though!
Rob
Sorry to hear about your misfortune but had to laugh when I read you pushed the bike home. Its funny how your p&j must be sorted first.
The last bike accident I had I rode home with cracked ribs, a ripped almost detached thigh muscle and bruising to the bone in my knee along with the usual pains of landing on tarmac.
The handle bars were bent and twisted, indicators gone, lever snapped but made it the 12 miles home and parked up before visiting the hospital.
What kind of boots were you wearing?
