4 years retired here, frickin' marvellous.

I do one day a week consultancy work which creates an interesting diversion and tops up the pension.

Best job ever - Ive got over 8 years experience in the post now - Im sure there are others on here more qualified who could offer advice!

I do know folk who haven't adapted to the job - I think some see it like a lack of status or authority - just plain old Mr Joe Soap like the rest !
I'm coping pretty well so far! :P 8)

well, more suited for me not to not discuss what i do.

its one of those jobs all boys wanted growing up,
and one that all girls 'like' the idea of.

If there are "implications " about your employment then it would be best if you don't throw out cryptic clues.

So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Wow - your current job is a mystery to me, and I spent 33 years in the general insurance industry!

At least I can understand what your new role is, and it sounds much more fulfilling!

I'm in retirement training, having left my last (part-time) job in November 2015 after we got a new General Manager! But I think I am quickly getting to grips with the skills required for my new role! (No alarm clock, breakfast watching Homes under the Hammer if I'm in the mood, especially if it is raining, etc.)!
Coupes because stunning!

Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black
