Lovetyres positive feedback

Post by huytonman » Tue Jul 25, 2017 2:31 pm

Tyre reviews showed lovetyres (http://lovetyres.com/) as being the best price for Michelin Pilot Sport 4's 255/35/18 at £135.43 each inc delivery.

I placed an order with them at 3 pm Monday and today at 1.30 PM they arrived so less than 24 hours later.

I hadnt heard of this lot before so was a bit concerned but shouldnt have been, excellent prices and service which is a bit of an unusual combination! I would have bought some PS4's for the front wheels from them too but picked up a couple from the forum instead.

Now all I need is the alloys to come back from refurb.

I'm sure I've mentioned them in the past myself...although possibly not in this part of the forum.

I buy all my PSS from them as they're local to where I'm working, and are usually about the best fitted price I can find.

Only found out about them when BMW tried to charge me £320 EACH for 'baldy' tyres after I took it in for a sticking caliper under warranty. I picked the car up from the dealer, drove to LoveTyres and found out the tyres were no more than half worn.

Have you ever tried Camskill? https://www.camskill.co.uk/

I've used them a few times for tyres now and consistently find them to be about £20 cheaper per tyre.. even with £6.95 delivery.. you still save. Fast delivery too!

For example Pilot Sports above in 19" flavour:

Lovetyres:
http://lovetyres.com/tyre/Michelin-Pilo ... /255-30-19 - £217.57

Camskill:
https://www.camskill.co.uk/m55b0s1132p1 ... se%3A_71dB £198.75

Your links show the Lovetyres ones at £207.91, so with the £7 delivery charge from Camskill there's only about £2 in it.

But as we know, the prices fluctuate daily (possibly even hourly), so it's still worth shopping around.

Wow, that's a decent change in an hour or so. Maybe I've just been lucky when looking and got a better price on Camskill 8) :D
Either way, Lovetyres is another good site to add to the tyre-porn browsing selection!
