Tramlining and steering wheel pulsing gone.

Run flats on when I bought the car 3 years ago gave the usual twitchy steering most people experience so they were changed for Falken 453 all round.Although the steering feel improved you still got the twitchy steering feeling, especially on smooth roads.
The front tyres were ready to change and my friend has just changed his tyre dealership to Khumo and he said to try the Ecsta PS71 225/40/18.To say I was gobsmacked when I drove up the road with these on is an understatement. The steering was precise with no tramlining and no more pulsing of the steering wheel.
Not tried spirited driving in the wet as yet but trying to keep up with Alien Zed and his mate Bill from middleton teesdale to Hartside Cafe on Saturday in the dry settled them in and they felt positive cornering on the way home.
Wear factor will be interesting to see but the true driving feeling is worth much more.
Has anyone else tried these tyres?

How are the tyres performing on spirited driving as I'm looking into changing my fronts,
