What to do regarding Vred tyres?

Post by Couzens » Tue Mar 28, 2017 9:53 am

I have a set of 224 alloys to go on the coupe, the fronts have Vreds Sessantas on with good tread, the rears have one dead Sessanta and one decent Pzero.

I ideally want Sessantas on the back to match the fronts, I already have these tyres on my current wheels, more than happy with the tyre.

I can't find Sessantas in 255/40/18 form anywhere, even though I already have one on the 224 alloy (the dead one), I can only find Vortis, which are a different tread pattern. Have they replaced the Sessanta?

Am I looking at getting a full set of Vortis now? or would a miss match (albeit the same brand) be fine for day to day driving until the fronts need replacing?

Ryan.
