Thanks for all the input, the car is in on Wednesday, I will have a chat with the technician. Hopefully the problem will be sorted, if not I will probably follow the info given on here and do it myself

Another leaky boot! (Update!)
I collected my car from the dealer's this morning, they assure me that they have now found the leak and repaired it.
The report says, ''Found sealer missing from OSR chassis leg'' they have now resealed it so hopefully no more water in the boot. The technician said that this was a 1st for him, he said that it is normally the boot vents that leak.
This was a little strange as I only got water in the boot after driving on wet roads, no problem from the rain or washing the car. Anyway, I have now had the rear lights and seals and new boot vents fit FOC, plus this work, here's hoping
