Your car looks great OP, and has obviously had a spoilt life during your ownership!

Looks like a bargain for someone - just wondering, but is that Sapphire Black?

ETA Enjoy the Z4MC!

There seems to be a bit of a trend on here of 3 litre E86 owners moving up to MCs after 3 or 4 years - looks like I may need to start saving for next year!

Don't want to derail this thread, but I'd love to know how you feel they compare once you've got used to the MC.
Coupes because stunning!

're the SMF is there any noticeable vibration on tickover? As of course this is the reason for dual mass? A common issue discovered on Audi 4pots so slightly different beast I know. Car looks great by the way nice to see you've taken such care over it.

My 2p. So far...

If I'm totally honest... I like it but I don't love it yet... at legal speeds its not night and day different, at 100+ it becomes alive!

Si Steering is much better round town, But the M is better when pushing on...

The noise.... The S54 in standard form sounds like a bag of spanners kicked down the stairs  I have never had a car where I put the windows up going through a tunnel! It's really not to my taste, far too raspy/mechanical.

I Hadn't even done 100 miles in it and I have ordered an exhaust for it

BTW - It is Saffire Black

Nope none at all, The only time you can tell is in reverse you can feel a very slight vibration through the pedal. The best bit is... No horrible rattle/clunk when you shut down the engine!

Your welcome to come and have a drive.
