Going 11 months over on a early service is no issue at all, I'm not so sure why we are all so sensitive to EXACT timing on the services, as long as its done within reasonable time frame its not even an issue, the car isn't going to instantly blow up. Mainly because BMW will void the warranty if you extend the serivce by over 1,000 mile or a month. This was the reason I rejected my first ///M as you know. Service overdue by 8 months and being sold as AUC.

Thank you, that's very interesting.
Have had some email exchanges with the dealer. The only thing that is currently putting me off, is that there is a 2 year 11 month gap between the running in service and the oil service. Why do people not stick to the service schedules
3 years is far to long to have the same oil in without change IMHO.

Notice the blue interior was a retrim by the owner or previous owner. assume it was all black before.

Can someone tell me what this is?

Allows one touch roof control NDL. So you can operate the hood using the key fob.

Three clicks from the remote outside the car, roof opens and the same for closing.

The one touch means touch the open button once in the car for say a second, and the roof does the whole job. Saves you holding the finger on the button whilst the process takes place. Also allows you to drive away as soon as the roof starts. Handy for traffic light in town when it stops or starts raining as it works in either direction.

Ouch, at that original price! 3 months too late means I've paid £1k more for 10k more miles and less spec... Sub in that car needing an Insp11 for that £1k more I paid and I'm crying...!
