Deep Sea Blue for me ,hows about everyone with the same colour meeting for a drink,of course the silver and yellow owners may combine :D . Steve

The "common white" posse will have to have two meets on consecutive days at a supermarket car park :poke:

We, the White Z gang have also been invited to link out gang with the Klu Klux Klan after they found out about our white power, we declined the link.

I fell in love with DSB. But...the one i wanted showed up the stone chips really bad, also thought i would spend all my time cleaning it.
Just got rid of a xpower gret MGTF which always looked clean for about 2 hours before the dust settled.
So settled on Orion Silver. Where i live the soil is quite sandy so the car never looks dirty!
Also that colour shows the curves well.

Absolutely love the melbourne red, if I didnt love the coral red interior of mine so much I would definitely have gone for this

My '97 2.5SI is Ruby Black - looks black at first glance, but in certain light the ruby fleck in the paint gives a very very dark burgundy colour.
Scorp.

My Z4 is in space grey and although I wouldn't choose that colour from a brochure actually on the car it looks great. It reflects the light beautifully to show off the curves of the car and looks very classy.

To be fair though it's a great looking car in virtually any colour.

Nice to know mine is not that common. Have only seen one other out and about on the roads. Did think about the Melbourne red which also looks great, but the slightly darker Crimson polishes up better in my humble opinion. My previous 2.5i (sold in December 2012) was Alpine white but that should not count now, very nice but so last year.
Red zeds are the future!!!!!

Although the number one colour, it seems Sapphire Black owners don't have time to comment due to the never ending task of swirl removal :( I can't take mine out of the garage during the day as it grows a coat of dust within the hour... Looks great from a distance, on an overcast day when first washed though.

The Ruby black sounds interesting. Any pics Scorpion that show up the finish?

Lets face it though guy's a Zed looks great in any colour even with swirls.

No swirls here, a year after a paint correction. The odd light scratch but she's still looking good when clean!

I wish... It looks like its covered in cobwebs in the sun :-(

Also, does the fact that Recession White isn't the most popular colour mean we are no longer in recession???

Don't have swirls either but no doubt will eventually. What is the paint correction you mention?

Even though I ordered Havana 6months before E89 was launched, BMW Korea did not bring Havana. So,I had no choice but to choose Alpine white for 35i.

I tried to order Atacama yellow but My dealer told me that he could not get through the system with the color.

I changed it to Crimson red and he told me that the factory stopped producing that color.

I finally got the Melbourne Red 35is !! '

It is awesome. more satisfied than ever.

PS: The dealer who screwed me left and right was caught for embezzlement. Poor guy.
