Leaking passenger door seal

Post by George7 » Thu Nov 10, 2016 7:16 pm

I've replaced the door membrane and still getting a wet floor !!!!!
Any ideas on how to fix the problem? Have ensured all roof drain tubes are clear, suspect door seal. Anyone got some specific cure for resealing or replacement of door seal. What have you done to solve the problem? I've read most of the existing posts, carried out many hours trying to rectify. Replies with specifics and methods please will be wlcome.

The door membrane was the problem with my leak ,take off door card and re seal with bathroom silicone or replace membrane if too far gone.
Re sealing did the job for me

Leaking passenger door seal

I repaired my driver side door seal bottom strip with permatex gasketmaker.
Preventive maintenance rather than remedial action so i dont know if its a definitive fix per se.
But feel a bit more comfortable about it.
Try that.
