Fast clicking and no front indicator.

Guess this means I've a blown bulb. Is there any problem changing the indicator bulb that I should know about?

Just that it can be a ballache to get out. Use a flat headscrewn driver

Sorted -easy pleasy. Aftermarket headlights and straightforward access. Bit of dodgy wiring making intermittent connection.
