Dent removal & fool of the week nomination...

Post by Felix » Mon Oct 20, 2014 7:02 pm

 I'd like to volunteer my girlfriend and I for fool of the week - CSI Kent have not completed the investigation to allocate guilt, so joint responsibility for now....
http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/posting.p ... milies&f=3#
At some point in the last few weeks one of us appears to have slammed the boot, with something too tall in it. The smooth lines of the boot lid are now disturbed as it was at the point where it was a single thickness skin.

Having spent a fortune earlier this year refurbishing the car, I can't tolerate this imperfection (she says it doesn't notice, but I know it is there). I am therefore seeking feedback on the dent removers in the Ashford (Kent) area (I will not attempt this myself!) - good and bad experiences in Kent would be appreciated....there seem to be so many companies with "Dent" in their name it's hard to choose.

Thanks all!

You are way too hard on yourself !
STUFF happens
And it only gets worse if you look to blame.

My suggestion is to never go there!
Plus it's even worse when you discover the unavoidable parking lot door ding.
Responding to that can be explosive at the least, making incarceration of both combatants a real possibility.
(I know this for a fact from my younger daze)

Like I said
Stuff happens, you deal with it ...
and then move on with only minimal scarring.

I'd be interested in this mate, I have a few parking dings I wouldn't mind getting rid of, does he have a website?

Thanks

You could give Dent Direct in Folkestone a try.
I've used this guy over the years on many cars, plenty of experience.
