Fitting a Z4M bumper E85 E86

So I've struggled over the last few days to get all the information I really required before starting so thought I would collate it all in one place for future reference for others.
First of all, I found that parts incredibly difficult to find second hand for a worthwhile price so everything was bought from Sopers Lincoln
The Basics: The parts you need as a minimum to get the bumper on and fitted
Bumper: 51113448818 = £433.90 inc VAT
Headlight washer covers: Left: 51117078261 Right: 51117078262 = £12.49 each inc VAT
Centre Mesh: 51117895842 = £45.99 inc VAT
Under tray: 51717895804 = £98.50 inc VAT
The Full Package:
Air Duct: Left: 51118044701 Right: 51118044702 = no price yet
Air Duct Bracket: Left: 51717837531 Right: 51717837532 = no price yet
Arch under tray: Left: 51718046083 Right: 51718046084 = no price yet (your current ones may fit already, mine didn't and required a tiny bit of modifying)
Painting:
When getting your bumper and washer covers painted, you should expect to pay anywhere from £200-£400 depending on your location and the company/quality. Price doesn't always equal quality, so try and use somewhere that has been recommended. A larger company has a reputation to look after, a man in a shed may not be as accountable (but may do a very good job)
Fitting:
First you need to remove your old bumper: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1071 by mister_roger
The fitting is exactly the same but in reverse (sounds like a Haynes manual)
How long does it take?:
I can have a bumper off within 10 minutes, re fitting takes a little bit longer as you want to make sure alignment is perfect. The under tray parts and brackets can add about 30 minutes to the job. I would recommend giving yourself a full day if it is your first time (depending on how competent you are with this sort of thing). I would also recommend a dry warm day as no one likes cold fingers or a wet back.
Extras:
You may want to go all out and replace all the bolts, nuts, screws and brackets. It's really not necessary even on a car that is 8 years old. All part numbers can be found in the links below:
Your going to need to reattach your number plate, and unfortunately this means drilling into your shiny new bumper! You may want to drive with no number plate instead, it looks better and I know of several forumites who have done for years with no trouble. If legal is the way for you, I would recommend http://skenedesign.com/FPBracket/Euro.shtml as it leaves no visible holes when removed. you will need a Euro size medium.

Prices are correct at time of posting from Soper Lincoln and include discount, other dealers may offer similar or better prices. While most parts can be delivered free to your door, the bumper may carry a delivery charge of around £70 if you cannot collect.
