Hi all,

Just wondering what I can do about the missing part in the Pic? Can I just get the broken bit and fit it or do I have to replace the whole centre console?
To be honest I am not bothered if the storage will open just don't like the tatty broken look.
All guidance is very much appreciated

Cheers

Ian

Had exactly the same issue on my coupe - trying to repair it is pointless better to buy a replacement handle.

Looked for a while for one from an E86 before I found out its the same as the one from an E85 - manged to get one from a forum member.

To clarify, I was meaning to replace the complete top section with both those handles on. Two plastic rivets hidden under its lower edge then carefully pop the whole thing out.
If the door won’t open it can be released with a thin blade. I used a metal rule.

Good morning Ian Wil, I owe you an apology. I think I must have sold the panel I had a little while back.
May I suggest you ask bigwinn, umfaan, street, GenZed, or Wassup, as they be able to help.

You only need to have 3 posts to PM.
But as I've referenced them all they should see it anyway.

I was not far off writing a similar post. Mine has done the same.

I barely touched it and snap, must of gone brittle over time.
